UneeQ takes home two 2020 Reseller News Innovation Awards

AUSTIN, Texas – Nov. 17, 2020 – UneeQ, a United States and New Zealand-based digital human company, announces they have been recognized for multiple awards at the 2020 Reseller News Innovation Awards. The sixth annual awards ceremony held by Reseller News honors New Zealand’s best-in-class innovative companies and top executives in the technology industry.

UneeQ was selected as a 2020 recipient for two awards for its expertise in Smart Technology and Collaboration at the awards ceremony held on October 21, 2020 in Auckland, NZ.

“It’s an absolute honor to be recognized for the achievements of our team and winning these awards is a testament to our innovation, hard work and dedication,” said Danny Tomsett, CEO of UneeQ.

“UneeQ is committed to transforming conversational AI and revolutionizing the customer experience, and it feels incredible to be recognized by our peers in the tech industry.”

UneeQ received the Smart Technology award under the Emerging Technologies category for the development of their conversational AI digital human creator platform, UneeQ Creator. UneeQ Creator offers ground-breaking conversational AI functionality and the ability to design, develop, and deploy digital human employees or brand ambassadors for any industry. With Creator, UneeQ demystifies the complexity of conversational AI and empowers organizations of all sizes to drive deeper emotional connections with their target audiences through natural human-like interaction via highly customizable digital employees.

UneeQ also won the Collaboration award under the Partner Value category as part of the Inteso project, a consortium between UneeQ, Consegna and Aportio. The Collaboration award recognized the consortium for their partnership in creating a revolutionary digital human contact center agent, Tess. Integrated into Amazon’s Connect contact center solution, Tess provides seamless access to digital humans to answer front-line service desk calls and help customers, reducing customer wait times to zero, 24 hours a day.

The Inteso contact center was built using UneeQ’s digital human technology, Aportio’s email and chat integration and back-end conversation processing, as well as Consegna’s advanced AWS consulting and integration competencies. Together, this collaboration provides the most innovative technology combining the expertise and knowledge of these partners.

“These award-winning case studies are just the beginning of what we hope to accomplish,” continued Tomsett.

“We will continue to provide scalable, efficient, personalized customer experiences to our clients with digital humans that are becoming an essential part of the businesses as brand ambassadors, digital influencers, customer support representatives, and healthcare advisors across so many industries.”
