Synanim allows digital humans to express themselves in the most believable and realistic way possible. This leads to greater positive connections with the end user – including higher levels of trust, enjoyability and advocacy.
Yes! Any avatar you’ve created on MetaHuman can be plugged into the UneeQ platform, bringing your creations to life so they can have conversations in real time. As a core feature of the UneeQ platform, your MetaHuman will then take full advantage of Synanim.
Synanim blends different emotional states, depending on how they’re understanding the world in which they’re interacting in that moment – from surprise to happiness and even negative emotions like sadness. It also incorporates full-body gestures, breathing rate and slight shifts in weight that all make interacting with a UneeQ digital human the most lifelike and realistic experience beyond speaking with a real person.
UneeQ’s platform includes the ability to tag certain interactions to ensure the digital human will express themselves in a certain way. For instance, in healthcare scenarios, if the user divulges information that is emotionally difficult for them, the brand can use tagging to react with greater levels of care, sadness and empathetic expressions and gestures. This can be done manually, using our tagging function, which is similar to SSML, or brands can automate this process using Synapse.
