What is a persona?

A persona is a single instance of a digital human including the characteristics of the digital human themselves, as well as the specific details regarding the background image, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text language. All of our licenses include at least 2 personas, so you can fine-tune your digital human approach.

What is a session?

A session is an interaction between a person and a digital human, up to 10 minutes in duration. Longer interactions may be treated as more than one session, as described in our Terms of Service.

What are the differences between ‘Sophie’ and other digital humans?

Sophie is our mainstream digital human which every licensing tier has access to. Pro and Enterprise licenses can include additional digital humans – not available as part of our free trial.

Can I create my own digital human from scratch?

The creation of a completely custom and exclusive digital human is only available with the Enterprise license, with additional costs associated with this process. Contact our sales team to find out more.

What is the difference between web-based and mobile-based digital humans?

Web-based digital humans are viewable on a desktop computer, while mobile-based digital humans are responsive across different devices. Our Pro and Enterprise license tiers account for both web and mobile-based experiences.

Do I need to purchase additional sessions?

Additional sessions, if needed on a month-to-month basis, will automatically be added to your account on a per consumption-based model for Pro licenses. Enterprise licenses have access to incremental 10k and 20k bundled sessions at a discounted rate. Contact our sales team to find out more.

My free trial has expired, what next?

You can upgrade to a Pro or Enterprise license once your free trial has expired, or at any point during your trial. Contact our sales team directly in the UneeQ Creator portal, or via this page.

How do I upgrade my license?

If you’ve started a free trial, you can contact our sales team directly in the UneeQ Creator portal. Alternatively, you can connect with one of our product experts to find out more about all license types via this page.

What are the billing terms?

Pro licenses are rolling monthly and are billed as such. However, there is a 17% discount available when committing to a 12-month Pro license. An Enterprise license is a minimum 12-month commitment and is billed annually.
