Your digital human’s ability to converse with you and your customers is enabled by a conversational AI platform, such as Google’s Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex or Microsoft Bot Framework. These platforms give your digital human the ability to understand natural language, and the ability to respond with dialog and other supporting content (such as images and text).
UneeQ’s digital human platform is open, and can be connected to any conversational AI platform that has an API (application programming interface), so you can choose the platform that best suits your needs and environment. In the next step, you’ll connect your digital human to your conversational platform, and if you choose Google Dialogflow you can take advantage of our native integration with Dialogflow and connect through the Creator dashboard.
If you currently don’t use conversational AI, you will have to get started with one before being able to deploy a digital human.
